Very bad , they were not clear about the price initially, after fixing they ask for 280£ for UPCV Lock( I was shocked and I have to pay it ‼️‼️ I was complaining and not happy about the price and calling the manager and he said He will speak with the man and he will sort the price was not reasonable. But they did not answer my call after that❗️ I call them many times no answer, I call from another phone number and when they realise that was me they said we are not locksmith and close the line !!!!! They were very bad acting , bad service and not respecting ! The lock was not working next day , and I called and they didn’t answer agin .I had to replace the lock and other Metal part broken with another company ( price only 75£!!!!!) This is the worst service!!!!! Do not be fooled and used them !!!! ❌⛔️

Such a friend service. Our locking system had failed on our back door and they came round and fixed it within 12 hours. Better still they were also able to replace some hinges that had failed on our pvc windows. Saved us a fortune as we thought we would need to replace the units.

front door security locking system broken in locked position called these guys , they came first thing next day . they got the door open stripped the mechanism down it was knackered so they went and got a new one and fitted it everything now working fine. i cannot thank these guys enough john and darren did a great job i recommend these guys .
