Michael Smith5 StarMyles has been our saviour after our son accidentally broke the lock on our internal patio doors which meant we were unable to get into our conservatory. Firstly he managed to open the lock on our outside conservatory door even though there was a key on the inside of the lock and then after assessing the problem with the locked patio door, which initially refused to wield to his magic hands, he went away to study a similar mechanism back at his shop then today returned and resolved the problem which included the addition of a new multipoint locking system and adjustment of the fittings. His expert knowledge and customer service skills are first class and the price for the whole job was very fair and reasonable…I would have no hesitation in recommending this small family business to anyone.Saturday 4th May 2024
Mandy1 StarI don’t normally leave bad reviews but this man came to a house I that rent and walked away saying it was a mess and out of his remit.
He then rang my landlord and basically made it out like I’ve vandalised the patio doors and they are falling apart so my landlord now thinks i have virtually pulled the doors of their hinges when it’s more like wear and tear and they want me to pay £2000 for new doors when I am a single mother of 3 young children.
