Customer today. He had to stop playing with his phone. I went for a battery for my watch. I have the lifetime warranty for the battery's. I could not find the card i got about 8 years ago so he would not help me. Unlike the shop under tesco in Burnley where the chap in the shop said it wasn't a problem as he could check the number on the watch. I shall not be going to the Rochdale shop again. Very poor service. 👎Wednesday 6th July 2022
