Normally get decent service but I had my walking boots resoled 6 months ago and the soles have had to be glued repeatedly where they were separating from the spongy bit. The wedge at the heel has now developed a large hole on each foot. I took them back and was told they could repair the repair but for an extra £95 to £125. As I had paid £75 six months ago I questioned this but was told there was nothing more he could do. Not happy.

Had engraving done here on our Son's pocket watch for his Wedding. Very friendly and efficient staff. It was done while we did our shopping so saved us having to return another day. Beautiful engraving. Just as we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I called in to pickup my wedding suit that I had dry cleaned. Dropped it off Friday was ready Monday. I received a text letting me know my item was ready for collecting. First class service be coming back. The assistant behind the counter was very polite.

Took a watch for the strap to be adjusted, timpsons employee wouldn’t even look at us, told me a lie about not having the correct tools( had 2 links removed from the same watch last week by a different guy at the same branch) Bear in mind the new watch was a replacement for the watch that timpsons baguley destroyed changing the battery, battery doesn’t even work and numerals are completely missing from the watch face, not even behind the glass front which means the technician completely removed and disposed of them, then lied to my face. timpsons ought to employ people who want to work and that included the customer service lady Joanne who is another liar, my wife is still waiting for her phone back about the damage I suggest you use watch doctor or other competent people as timpsons employ people who don’t care a jot about their customers Frankly they don’t deserve 1 star
