I took my heels into the Timpson by Tesco Handforth today! A bit of the patent leather had curled up and a new heel tip was needed. The guy in there assured me he would sort it out and would charge £11. Came back after 15 min as he asked me to, only to find that my heels looked worse than when I handed them in. I expressed my dislike and that didn't go down very well with him. He was arrogant, rude and obnoxious and not professional. I paid and left. But I shouldn't have as he literally damaged my heels. I will never go back. The most terrible service ever. Timpson, you owe an apology to me and a class in customer service wouldn't go amiss to the guy working in there. And maybe also a few classes in the trade he's in as he damaged my heels rather than repairing them!!

Went to repair a broken zip on my handbag, the gentleman fixed it there and then and said no charge!! I have been to cut keys there too, excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I took 2 watches to get links removed, very rude man who didn’t even acknowledge my presence in the store, when I was clearly waiting to be assisted at the till. Once I had finally got his attention (he was doing nothing anyway) I handed over my two watches for him to have a look at, both being my late grandmas, he looked at me and laughed and said “where did you even get these from” very rude man. He then told me he couldn’t do anything with them.

I needed a new watch strap and watch battery. Good service. New watch strap and battery fitted at a very reasonable price and the proprietor was very pleasant and helpful.
