Michelle Johnson5 StarI contacted poppy locks when one of our extra large upvc sliding doors completely jammed half open and no matter what we tried, it would not move. Ste was with us within 24 hours and after working the problem to find a solution, managed to readjust the door and its frame so that it’s again working fine. Karen Middlehurst5 StarLock on front door was making a grinding noise and I was worried that the mechanism would break. Steve was great. Arrived within an hour to look at the problem. Lock was faulty so replacement upgrade of lock was sourced and installed within 3 hours. Excellent communication and service and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!Wednesday 24th January 2024
