They went above and BEYOND to help me with my difficulties, including repairing a lock core that they didn't break. For free! Cannot recommend enough. This is how businesses used to behave. We had a chat about it on the phone in the morning and booked a slot that worked with my other commitments. He arrived promptly, changed the lock like-for-like quickly and fitted a keysafe too.
