Nicholas Dillon-Mansfield5 StarCalled Mick at the shop, told him the problem with one of my windows (mechanism not engaging when turning the handle), he came around the next day at the time he said he would, had it all fixed in 10 minutes and showed me how the old mechanism broke. Good, fast service for a fair price (I paid around £72). Came recommended from a different window shop who stopped doing repairs (loads of the shops on Trust A Trader listed don't do repairs anymore, but the website isn't updating)Wednesday 18th October 2023
