We all felt very supported since he came to sort an emergency ( we had to wait less then 1 hour from the time we made the phone call till he arrived). All the girls in the house felt really supported since he was clearly explaining to us everything he was doing in a way we could easily and clearly understand.
He left the house only when he was sure that we were satisfied about his job, also he gave us contact numbers and lots of reassurance and useful advices.
