Cassie Barlow5 StarThe latch on my nine year old's bedroom door-handle broke, leaving her trapped inside. I called Phil at around 8:15am, he answered immediately and gave some really helpful, practical advice with a technique on how to release the latch. It worked a treat and we had her out in time for school, didn't cost us a penny and no need for the fire brigade (that would have been my next port of call!).
